To be a success is not always to be a success individually. In fact, most of the time we achieve our successes as part of a team. That is why I want to devote this issue to the secrets of successful team.
We are all part of teams. Our family is a team. Our place of work is a team. The community groups we belong to are teams. Sometimes we are the team leader or “coach,” while other times we fulfill the role of follower, or “player.”
Success is not about one particular "thing"... It's not even about two, three or five "things." Success is about a journey. Your personal journey. It's about fear. It's about tears. It's about laughter. It's about triumph. It's about setbacks.
You are the director of the movie of your life. That means you have the power to change anything you want in your life. You have the power to move mountains from one scene to another. You have the power to be who you want

Life is a series of small steps, triumphs mixed with tragedy, peaks interspersed with valleys and successes paired with failures.
One thing that is true though is the people who make the most of their lives are the ones who focus on long term goals and keep the triumphs at the top of their minds. The "glass half full" folks are the ones with the better self esteem and the ones who have the most success.
