Setting up a Return/Exchange/Cancellation:
Your satisfaction in the products purchased from this website is very important. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and would like to return or exchange any item purchased from CBTP - Change by the People, please contact us. Click on "Assistance" at the top right hand of the screen in the main section of the website to go to the form for returning items. You must be logged in to access this form.
Under "Subject", choose "Returns". Then choose the Order ID of the order in question. Make sure that your address and contact information is correct. Then type your message in the message box, explaining the nature of the return, and whether you would prefer a refund or a replacement.

Our customer support staff will be in touch with you quickly. If your order has not yet been shipped you will receive a refund within 2-3 days. If your order has already been shipped, we will send a return label for you to return the item(s) to us. A refund will be issued upon receipt of this return.

NOTE: Cash refunds are provided only within the first 30 days after an order was received. Any returns more than 90 days old will receive a gift certificate for the value of the order, redeemable only at ChangebythePeople.com.
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Orders
If you require an exchange, this will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Once we have the desired item(s) for exchange, we will send your exchange out to you within 1-2 days. However if we are out of stock of the item(s) you will receive an email from our customer support team giving you the option to wait for restocking (usually 1-2 weeks), or receive a cash refund or gift certificate for the value of the order.

Returns/Exchanges of Purchases Made Using Gift Certificates, or on Discount
Refunds and exchanges are processed based on the amount actually paid for the item. In the case of a purchase made using a gift certificate requiring a refund, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.
