Include your name, telephone number, order number, what you bought and why you want to return or exchange the merchandise.

I care and I want to personally help you.If your order has not yet been shipped you will receive a refund within 2-3 days. If your order has already been shipped, we will email a return label for you to return the item(s) to us. A refund will be issued upon receipt of this return.
To make you feel more comfortable and show you that we care we will refund your purchase price plus the shipping you paid PLUS it will not cost you to ship your return back. You are protected and will never lose any money.
Refunds are provided only within the first 30 days after an order was received. Any returns more than 60 days old will receive a gift certificate for the value of the order, redeemable only at ChangebythePeople.com.
Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Exchange Orders
If you require an exchange, this will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). Once we have the desired item(s) for exchange, we will send your exchange out to you within 1-2 days. However if we are out of stock of the item(s) you will receive an email from our customer support team giving you the option to wait for restocking (usually 1-2 weeks), or receive a cash refund or gift certificate for the value of the order.
Returns/Exchanges of Purchases Made Using Gift Certificates, or on Discount
Refunds and exchanges are processed based on the amount actually paid for the item. In the case of a purchase made using a gift certificate requiring a refund, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.
